Visited the mobile store for some guidance on transferring music from my phone to my MP3 player and encountered a delightful Barry who offered invaluable assistance, alongside Andrew. Much gratitude for their support, hats off to Tesco!

A handy spot if you're staying at the Holiday Inn Express Inverness. Great variety of groceries and meal deals available.

Absolutely massive Tesco, just can't believe the size of it! What a day, I was truly blown away. Thanks for taking the time to read about my experience! Cheers mate!

The supermarket was massive, spotless, and super easy to navigate. We were grateful for the staff member who kindly advised us against buying some fruits that were about to go bad. Additionally, we needed to use the restroom while we were there and were pleased to find it available and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend this place. Cheers!

Fantastic when it's open but a real headache now that it's not 24 hours anymore.

Spacious with an extensive selection of goods. The variety surpasses what I find in my local area. The staff are accommodating when I need assistance locating items. The service at the café met my expectations and we were pleased with our orders on both visits. I have yet to encounter any issues. I quite favor this establishment, particularly the café, which is why I am taking the time to leave a review, and will definitely make a return visit when in Inverness. Naturally, if there is a decline in quality, I will revise my review accordingly.

Tesco is a jolly good spot for shopping, but the cafe within this Tesco leaves much to be desired, I must say. While the beverages were quite delightful, the grub was rather underwhelming, not quite worth parting ways with your hard-earned cash, I reckon.
Grace Rivera (07/06/2025, 20:20):
The staff at this supermarket are ever so helpful, and the store itself is quite large, so they have a jolly good range of products available. Cheers!
Austin Mitchell (07/06/2025, 17:40):
I popped into this shop on the 2nd of September 2022, with the specific intent of picking up some new threads before heading back to the Islands. Spent a good half-hour picking out some pieces to try on before purchasing, only to be told there were no changing rooms available! Tesco, wouldn't it make sense to have signs up about this issue near the clothing section, so folks know before spending time shopping for clothes they can't try on? Seems like an easy fix!
I reckon the regulars in the area might know that the store doesn't have changing facilities and find it handy to try things on at home instead. But not everyone walking through those doors is local!

Always open, 24/7 - Now offering a 'Price Promise' - Provides you with a receipt at checkout that compares the price you paid with what you would have paid at competing supermarkets. No funny business, just show it at the checkout on your next visit to get back any extra you may have spent!
Outperforms all other supermarkets, no doubt!
Juan Flores (03/06/2025, 16:23):
Absolutely dreadful store. The manager is an absolute disgrace. It appears they've recently changed managers; the previous manager, who I had to talk to about a Clubcard issue a year or so ago, was a delightful chap. But this new one seems to think he's some kind of dictator. I've been a loyal customer here for years, but then this new manager stops me one day and accuses me of stealing! I was utterly baffled and embarrassed, so I asked him for an explanation and proof, but he arrogantly claimed he didn't need to provide any. And he did all of this in front of other customers in the busy store. He then proceeded to tell me to leave. I had my young children with me, and there was absolutely no stealing going on with me or my children. I have lodged a complaint with Tesco, but I will not be returning to shop there again. This isn't the first time I've encountered rudeness from the staff here. A truly appalling experience as a long-standing customer.

The café is absolutely fantastic! The staff are so lovely and the breakfast brioche is truly delicious. Great job!
