Fresh vegetables that must be consumed the same day, meat that spoils even when stored in the fridge, unenthusiastic staff, and elusive managers. This establishment used to uphold high standards, but it appears they are now prioritizing extending the shelf life of their products at the expense of quality. Absolutely appalling.

I requested to discuss with a manager regarding a fish purchase that emitted a strong odor even through two layers of packaging, and to my dismay, none of the 18 employees displayed at the entrance were accessible.

I found myself at the supermarket on a Saturday morning, just after 9am, and to my surprise, there wasn't a single checkout operator on duty. I ended up leaving my shopping and walking out. It was quite a frustrating experience, to say the least!
Rebecca Myers (19/07/2025, 17:44):
I purchased some flowers for Mother's Day, but when I opened them up, I was absolutely gutted to see that they practically fell apart. Normally, I can make flowers last a couple of weeks with good care, but I was lucky to get a couple of days out of these. It felt like a complete rip off.
Edward Allen (18/07/2025, 02:22):
This supermarket has taken a turn for the worse, the shelves are poorly stocked.
Christina Martinez (17/07/2025, 04:16):
Just picked up everything I needed for a massive salad tonight, yeeeee.
Charlotte Ross (13/07/2025, 03:21):
You never seem to find everything you're after, and it's quite rare to come across a truly fresh loaf – they're usually at least a day or two old.
Philip Foster (11/07/2025, 06:49):
Formally rated 4 stars because of their service amidst the pandemic.

It seems like some of the staff and management have a habit of unfairly labeling customers as potential shoplifters, showing signs of discrimination. I've already sent an email with my concerns.
Joshua Howard (10/07/2025, 21:24):
A superb store for shopping. Even better now! The rearrangement of items in the aisles adds a fun twist, I quite enjoy it.
Michelle Taylor (10/07/2025, 05:21):
My top supermarket choice! Packed full of top-notch groceries and household goodies. The café is a gem for dining, with unbeatable prices and a stellar menu.
Andrea Murphy (09/07/2025, 12:19):
The situation is an absolute disaster with the queues at the supermarket. There's a worker at the 2 queues, clearly indicating which line is for baskets and which is for trolleys. Despite the basket queue being less crowded, individuals opt for it even when they require a trolley. Once they reach the front much faster, the worker allows them to switch to a trolley. What's the purpose of having 2 separate queues if this chaos ensues?
Brian Bailey (09/07/2025, 00:43):
I popped into the café and had a jolly good time, I must say. The staff were still keen on guests using the Check in Scotland app, which was quite refreshing to see. It's a shame that some other places have stopped doing this. The grub was as fresh and piping hot as ever. And I found that the store itself was well-stocked and made for a rather pleasant shopping experience. Cheers!
Scott Gray (08/07/2025, 15:50):
I really enjoy visiting this shopping centre, especially the cafe. The items for sale are great, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.
Betty Reyes (06/07/2025, 17:26):
Ah, it's a Morrisons, they're all the same. Pretty quiet until you reach the till, then you end up standing in line for ages while the checkout operator takes their sweet time.
Joseph Russell (03/07/2025, 09:43):
I was absolutely gobsmacked when I discovered that the deli section shuts down at 5pm. It's just bonkers, especially for a supermarket that stays open until 10pm. Imagine finishing work at 5pm and not being able to get your hands on some fresh meat! Unbelievable, innit? Might as well pop off to another shop, if you ask me.
Olivia Simmons (03/07/2025, 09:17):
This market is my go-to spot for all my everyday essentials. Even when I venture elsewhere for more exotic items, I still make sure to swing by this store for the basics - it's always well-stocked and fresh. And if there is ever a shortage, they offer significant discounts of over 50% on their clearance items.

While it may not offer the same wide range of products as the Mill Branch, I appreciate how efficiently organized this store is. That's why I have to give it a solid 5 stars. It's perfect for those who value a quick and seamless shopping experience without having to waste time searching for where things are located, like sugar.
Samantha Scott (01/07/2025, 03:30):
I popped into Narrow Isles and found they didn't have the items I needed, so onto the next Morrisons to see if I can get them there.
Nicole Myers (28/06/2025, 20:55):
Morrisons may have the edge over Asda in my opinion, but crikey, the prices are outrageous! £60 for a mere handful of groceries hardly seems worth it. Whereas I could pop into Aldi and fill up my shopping cart for the same amount. On the bright side, that £1.09 salted popcorn from Morrisons is absolutely fabulous! And don't even get me started on the delectable Oreo donut from their bakery. Simply scrumptious!

Juan Rogers (28/06/2025, 06:50):
I have been shopping at this supermarket for many years, but since Brexit, the variety of products on the shelves has drastically decreased, especially this Christmas. It's truly lamentable.
Harper Morgan (26/06/2025, 10:24):
Morriston remains Morriston, regardless of the location. However, this particular store is structured differently in terms of layout and refrigeration units. You must visit and assess it for yourself. Personally, I find it quite appealing. It sets itself apart from the other stores.
Joseph Sanders (24/06/2025, 19:40):
Fabulous range of products at reasonable prices. Top job!
