Kathryn Diaz (02/07/2025, 13:20):
I must say, the supermarket is quite tidy and well-organized, with a wide selection of products and staff that are truly accommodating.
Gregory Torres (29/06/2025, 22:21):
The employees at the self-checkout were incredibly disrespectful, speaking to me as if I were "rubbish" with a complete lack of customer care or respect. This incident took place today on 10/08/24 at 13:53.

I was accompanied by my puppy, who is currently undergoing training to become my assistance dog. It's crucial for her to get accustomed to different environments as part of this process. I happen to have autism and CPTSD, although this is personal and not anyone else's concern. I do not need to provide proof that my dog is a service animal, nor should I be questioned about my disability. I suggest that the staff familiarize themselves with the laws surrounding service animals and educate themselves.

A staff member was unpleasant and patronizing, treating me as if I were dishonest. I had to leave my partner in the store, who acts as my caregiver, because I felt frightened and uneasy after being told by the staff member that I had to abandon my shopping and exit the store. It is completely unacceptable to place a vulnerable disabled adult in such an uncomfortable and unsafe situation. Regrettably, this will be our final visit, as we have encountered consistent issues here with impolite and hostile staff.

An official complaint will be filed accordingly.

I do most of my shopping at this store and use the click n collect option. It's a very good store, with most staff being helpful. Sometimes it's a bit tricky to get my Blue Light Card accepted as some staff are unsure if the offer is still valid. Returns are easy if the items aren't right. The cafe is good too. Overall, it's a great place to shop. I would recommend it.
Emma Fisher (25/06/2025, 16:06):
Popped in during my travels and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the supermarket. I only needed to grab a few items so I can't speak to its suitability for a full shopping trip. However, I must say the cafe was quite disappointing. It's probably the worst cafe I've ever visited. The service was incredibly poor and slow, with staff appearing stressed and unhappy. One employee was juggling between manning the till and serving food, leaving waiting customers unattended. It seems the new management at ASDA isn't putting much care into their staff's well-being.

I attempted to purchase cigarettes at 5:30 in the morning, only to be informed that the kiosk would not open until 6:00. I believe that if a store is advertised as being open 24 hours, such as in Grangemouth, I should have been able to make my purchase. A similar situation occurred with my husband at 10:30 PM. There was a lack of information provided about these restricted hours, which was disappointing.
Keith Kim (23/06/2025, 11:44):
This has to be the only super store which barely stocks anything. No shallots, no single peppers, hellish salad picks, white onions that are long past their sell-by date.
Teresa Morales (23/06/2025, 07:50):
Great parking lot, spacious store, and a wide selection of products to choose from.
Olivia Ramirez (20/06/2025, 20:48):
I reckon you could use it in a tight spot, but they never seem to have all ya need. Just noticed they've started carrying sourdough loaves...
Richard Perez (20/06/2025, 13:29):
Usually a smashing store, but lately it's been poorly stocked. Not quite sure if it's due to understaffing or supply shortages. Here's hoping it gets back on track soon!
Roger Ortiz (20/06/2025, 12:36):
The cashier was just standing there, having a laugh at customers searching for a bargain. You could hear him from 10 feet away, mate.
Judy Hall (20/06/2025, 10:33):
Great spot with lovely staff. Can't ask for more than that!
Samantha Garcia (18/06/2025, 16:45):
Awesome store open 24/7 with the convenience of using the self-service kiosk.
Joe Ward (17/06/2025, 11:32):
Loads of parking available, fantastic variety of products, and the staff are all really friendly.
Johnny Ortiz (17/06/2025, 04:10):
Hats off to Kyle for his assistance in tracking down a mysterious package at the pickup location, despite my vague and inaccurate information! A truly patient and helpful bloke. He's certainly a valuable asset to the company.
Megan Russell (15/06/2025, 00:01):
I must say, I was quite disappointed with my experience at this large supermarket. The selection of items left much to be desired, and I was particularly frustrated by the absence of Polish food in the international section or refrigerated area. It's rather surprising to see a store stocking products from various nationalities but completely overlooking Polish cuisine. Hopefully, they address this oversight soon!
Brenda Hughes (14/06/2025, 06:17):
I made an order on Monday for delivery today between 4 and 5. After several phone calls and two promises that my shopping was on its way but running late, I received a message stating that my shopping had been delivered. However, it is now 8 o'clock and there has been no delivery. This is the second time in three weeks, and last time I had to wait another full day. I am not pleased. Fortunately, I am not depending on anything 😡...
Juan Butler (14/06/2025, 00:32):
While at your supermarket's self-service checkout, the machine requested staff assistance. We were told a staff member was coming to help us, but as we waited, two staff members were engaged in casual conversation. One of them then walked past us three times, ignoring the flashing light on the machine. We had to finally call out to another staff member for help, only to receive a bad attitude from a third staff member who snapped at us, claiming the other staff was busy. I found this to be extremely rude and unprofessional. I was so put off by the experience that I was considering leaving the store without making a purchase, and it is unlikely that I will return after this incident.
Brittany Peterson (13/06/2025, 02:06):
Alright, I can find most of the things I need here but the staff are always chatting at the self-checkout machines and never around to assist you while shopping. They could definitely use some improvement in the customer service department.
Elizabeth Rivera (13/06/2025, 01:32):
The staff at this establishment are quite frankly atrocious, lacking in professionalism and customer service skills. The female employees, in particular, exhibit a lack of decorum and fail to meet customer expectations. This has led me to divert my shopping habits towards other supermarkets such as Aldi, Lidl, or even Tesco. On the other hand, the male workers seem to be more efficient, taking care of the essential tasks behind the scenes that keep the store running smoothly.
Lawrence Cruz (09/06/2025, 07:44):
They claim items are available for same-day pickup or delivery, but when you arrive, they've been out of stock for weeks and can't provide a restock date. There's no way to verify if other nearby stores have the item.

The quality has deteriorated significantly since being acquired. Products expire quickly, appear shabby and low-quality from the start.
