Review of the in-store pharmacy - the pharmacist working on Monday, the 10th in the evening, was perhaps the least helpful and least engaged pharmacist I have ever encountered. My prescription was missing some specific details about a dressing that the doctor had recommended for my 2-year-old daughter's arm. Instead of trying to find a solution, I would suggest that picking up the phone could have been more effective. It was recommended that I simply purchase some as they were unsure about the size to give me. When I inquired about whether it was a pleasant-tasting antihistamine, I was told it was whatever the manufacturer had made it. In the future, I will opt for another pharmacy chain that demonstrates more customer focus and a better understanding of the needs of their customers/patients.

Positives: Superb range of products, both groceries and non-food items. Ample parking available.

Negatives: Checkout process can be quite slow during peak times. Also, there seems to be occasional price fluctuations on certain items, with promotions being reversed the following week.

The pharmacy staff lack enthusiasm. I was waiting in line at the front, ready to be called next, and stood there for 15 minutes! There were 4 staff members in the back, one of them kept coming out and going on the computer at the front desk, and then walked back through the back without caring that the line was almost out the front door. It's a real joke, lacking any urgency. This isn't just a one-time thing, it happens regularly.

Dreadful supermarket. The employees were utterly indifferent, and the store itself was a complete mess. The online service is a total letdown. I shan't be returning.

Ordered from Asda through Deliveroo and spent £91, only to find that half of my order was missing once again! The driver, who is my usual deliverer and with whom I've never had any issues when ordering from other establishments, is completely trustworthy. Therefore, it's evident that the problem lies with Asda, or rather, with someone on their staff not fulfilling their responsibilities properly. This isn't the first time this has happened, but it stings even more now as I had just spent my last bit of money for the week on groceries for my kids and myself. I'm starting to believe there's some sort of personal vendetta against me at that store, as this consistently occurs whenever I order from there! Now I'm out of money and without the items I had ordered. Absolutely absurd and disheartening, to say the least!

The recent changes 'ave been quite disappointing, I must say. The reduced items are barely to be found, and even when they are, the discounts are so minuscule that it ain't even worth botherin'. I saw a fully open package of breaded haddock (not even sealed back up) reduced from £5 to £4.22. The fruit that's practically ready for the bin only gets a dismal 10% off. The quality of the food 'as definitely taken a nosedive. The fruit and veg are scarcely fresh these days.

During the lockdown, my partner was informed by a security guard that her assistance dog wasn't permitted in the store, even though they have the same rights as guide dogs. We are determined to pursue this further, regardless of how much time has passed.

I possess a blue badge, and I patiently waited in the handicap area hoping for a parking spot to open up. Interestingly, out of the three vehicles that eventually departed, none of them displayed a blue badge. Quite surprisingly, two of the drivers were actually carrying carts filled with alcohol. It would be greatly appreciated if this situation could be addressed promptly. This incident occurred on a Sunday at 2pm.

Mate, what sort of service are you running when your opticians won't see anyone, leave the darn cases shut tight, and won't even let customers try on or buy products until after the staff's had their lunch break? It's like they're more interested in their bellies than helping the punters out! Proper shambles, if you ask me.

I have been attempting to file a complaint since the 10th of February - I was wrongly accused of shoplifting despite clearly entering and leaving the store with the same trolley filled with over 100 pounds worth of shopping that I had purchased, all packed in Asda bags. The employees at Linwood Asda in Paisley decided to act like law enforcement and tried to detain me inside the store, but I refused and took my rightfully bought items (which legally belonged to me) and still haven't received an apology or any acknowledgment after they could have easily reviewed the CCTV footage and realized their mistake.

My partner and I had already been inside the store, went out to call a taxi which was taking longer than expected, and due to the freezing cold weather, we decided to go back inside the shop just to browse for a few minutes. When we re-entered with all our shopping in the trolley, my phone battery died, leaving us unsure of when the taxi would arrive. As we were preparing to go back outside, a staff member approached us and demanded a receipt, which I had declined at the till earlier as I typically don't keep receipts. When I expressed my discomfort and refused to comply, she called over a man named Stuart. My partner, who works in security, informed them that we wouldn't be detained as we had not committed any wrongdoing and instructed me to take our belongings from the trolley and leave. It is their responsibility to prove that I did something wrong. So, come on, Asda - show me the evidence? I have never stolen anything in my life, and to be publicly labeled as a thief in front of everyone in the store without even being discreetly addressed is disgraceful, especially considering we hadn't taken anything.

I struggle with severe mental health issues, and it is already challenging for me to visit crowded places like supermarkets... and then this happens, and they fail to take any action - they weren't even security personnel... perhaps if they had been, they would have handled the situation appropriately??

I've had delivery from this place a couple of times and both times the driver expected me to haul my own groceries up the stairs. I paid over £6 for delivery. If you can't manage a flight of stairs, then you shouldn't be in this line of work. Giving it zero stars is too generous.

It had been quite some time since I last visited Asda before the lockdown, and I needed to do a substantial shopping trip. Matt, the security guard, decided to chase me through the parking lot in an attempt to recover the items he believed I had taken without paying. Fortunately, I had the receipt for the single item I had actually bought. The incompetence displayed was truly staggering, and there was not a hint of an apology. My advice would be to steer clear of this place, as there are plenty of other competing options in the vicinity.

I always used to be quite fond of ASDA for their amazing deals and wide selection, but recently prices have shot up. For instance, Whiskers dried cat food is £5.50 at ASDA, while it's only £3.99 at Home Bargains. This price increase seems to be noticeable throughout the store. The quality of some products has significantly declined too. I purchased a Genoa cake that looked the same as before but in new ASDA packaging, and it was terrible. It seems like they might have changed the recipe. One positive aspect about ASDA is that they are not alone in this struggle; Tesco is just as bad with their loyalty card scheme. If you're not willing to provide them with your information, you miss out on discounts. Hopefully, ASDA can get their act together as they used to be quite good. I wonder if they even pay attention to reviews. It appears that the pandemic has made major supermarkets feel untouchable.

Stopped by the cafe for a quick bite before heading down south on me long journey. The place 'ad a few folks inside, but it weren't packed. The grub was just about edible, bit dried up and not very warm. The poached eggs were overdone, mate. The sausage was as dry as the Sahara. 'ad to ask for forks and spoons 'cause there weren't any in sight. And ye wouldn't believe it - dirty trays left on tables! Not the best time, won't be givin' 'em another chance. Disappointing, to say the least.

I had a dreadful experience at the self-checkouts in ASDA Linwood today. I was taken aback by the attitude of the staff. It would be much better if all the self-service checkouts accepted both cash and card payments, so they could be used simultaneously to prevent long queues from forming. I have lodged a complaint with customer services. The overall quality of the store has significantly declined recently. It is no longer a pleasant shopping environment. I highly doubt I will be returning, despite being a loyal customer for many years.
