Well, it's Asda...what are ya expectin', the best night of me life? The lightin' and acoustics created an intimate and evocative atmosphere for me shop for cat food, wine, and discounted meals for meself.

Stopped by the café for a quick bite. Disappointed to see no gluten-free sandwich options available. When I inquired about alternatives while ordering my coffee, I was initially told there were none. However, upon asking about gluten-free bread for a bacon sandwich, the staff offered to fetch some from the store. I only had to wait 5 minutes before enjoying my bacon sandwich on gluten-free bread. Fantastic service!

At an Asda, you can always expect an Asda, but this particular one boasts a charming family of ducks making their home in the car park. The café on the upper floor offers a pleasant view, yet the cuisine leaves much to be desired and personally, I wouldn't revisit. The array of fresh food pales in comparison to that of Tesco or Morrisons. Nevertheless, there's a certain delight in simply visiting to observe the ducks. Quack quack!
Heather Taylor (29/07/2025, 22:13):
My lad and I popped into this shop tonight to grab an air fryer, and we were assisted by Tyler. Tyler was a right polite and friendly chap, very helpful indeed.
Scott Jordan (29/07/2025, 21:40):
I 'ave been usin' click and collect for the last few weeks, I 'ave found it a quick and easy process. The staff are pleasant and make time for any questions I 'ave 'ad.

This little shop, not much variety but convenient. Dreadful café!
Douglas Adams (26/07/2025, 14:04):
Absolutely dreadful shopping ordeal. Only had three cashiers working. And when there were finally over three folks standing in line, they decided to open another checkout. But then, the receipt printer went kaput and we had to switch tills. And to top it off, the weighing scale malfunctioned. The checkout manager seemed totally overwhelmed and didn't even offer an apology.
Michael Thompson (20/07/2025, 21:47):
Tremendous grub, especially the Gulab Jamun!
Roger Hughes (19/07/2025, 20:36):
I was quite disappointed to discover that there were no fitting rooms or even mirrors available for trying on clothes. It was a letdown, especially considering that some customers from rural areas have to travel a considerable distance to reach the store!
Kathleen Wilson (18/07/2025, 17:21):
Visited this supermarket after a long while and was taken aback by its condition. The clothing section seemed neglected, as if no one had bothered to tidy up for days, with garments scattered on the floor after slipping off their hangers. Overall, the store appeared poorly maintained, with packaging debris strewn about haphazardly. Not at all impressed with the experience.
Jason Parker (16/07/2025, 13:29):
The customer service at this establishment is absolutely dreadful. The staff are all smiles but lack any real helpfulness or courtesy. The women working there are especially rude. Terrible experience overall.
Elizabeth Hughes (08/07/2025, 05:30):
The supermarket is tidy and offers products at reasonable prices. The service is excellent and there is complimentary parking available.
Laura Lee (05/07/2025, 06:11):
The staff at this supermarket are just lovely, I must say. So, I brought my little one, who is just a year old, along for some shopping, and she wasn't quite thrilled about the whole ordeal. But, lo and behold, the staff at the tills took notice and kindly stopped to lend a helping hand. They tried to entertain my little munchkin while I took care of the payment. I can't express enough how thankful I am for their kindness. Just wonderful service!
Amelia Hughes (04/07/2025, 07:34):
I visited the shop in Inverness whilst staying with family to grab some groceries to cook them dinner, and instead of feeling welcomed, I overheard the staff chatting loudly about a coworker. They were being really mean and disrespectful towards one of their colleagues who seemed to have taken time off for mental health reasons. They also made comments about another coworker (I couldn't tell if it was the same person or not) and were making fun of them for wearing a sunflower lanyard. As someone with a disability who wears a sunflower lanyard, hearing these remarks made me feel incredibly unwelcome and uneasy. My family who were with me helped me finish the shopping because these comments completely threw me off, and I suddenly felt so overwhelmed that I went into fight or flight mode. I must say that these staff members have put me off ever stepping foot in an Asda again, which is a shame because I really loved their baked goods from the in-store bakery.
Beverly Hamilton (03/07/2025, 12:52):
The fruit and vegetable aisles are constantly low on stock and untidy with abandoned boxes. Today, the meat section was quite disappointing (last-minute BBQ shopping).
Struggling with a hefty 4 billion debt, they are even considering selling off the petrol pumps.
Seems like they are rapidly heading downhill.
Benjamin Barnes (29/06/2025, 22:16):
Top-notch café, but can you believe they only offer the breakfast menu with just three options until midnight?! The latte was spot on, but the café manager really needs to step up their game.
Michelle Turner (29/06/2025, 19:25):
Fantastic assortment of goods! I scored a bargain on a snazzy scarf and hat. Also grabbed some road trip snacks. The place was spotless and stocked with all the essentials.
Janet Baker (28/06/2025, 06:56):
Great big shop, I got completely turned around in the aisles.
Billy Graham (27/06/2025, 19:22):
I popped into the grocery store earlier. The groceries were fine and the selection was alright, as was the checkout process. However, it did seem like there was only one staff member working and she appeared to be handling everything by herself.
Joan Morales (27/06/2025, 06:51):
I was standing there, waiting to pay and be let in, while the staff were busy chatting away. I ended up being charged £1.95 for a 4-week-old sleeping baby. When I ordered a black coffee and asked for a glass of water, I was told they only had bottles. Throughout our visit, there wasn't anyone at the desk, so people had to wait for around 10 minutes just to get in.
